That covers two professional movers, a moving truck sized for your home, all fuel and mileage for the full route (approximately 1,000 km), cargo insurance on your belongings, and complete loading in Vancouver and unloading in Calgary. There are no destination charges, no fuel surcharges, and no per-kilometre fees added at the end.

The flat rate is for the full truck load. If you have a very small move (studio apartment or one room), we can discuss options — reach out directly and we will give you an honest recommendation on whether a full truck or an alternative approach is the right fit.

The Drive: Timeline and Logistics
