Willoughby, Yorkson and three-storey townhouse density
The new-build corridor through Willoughby, Yorkson and Latimer is where most of our Langley work happens, and it has a consistent shape. Complexes are dense, internal drive aisles are built to the minimum, and visitor parking sits near the entrance rather than beside your unit — so the carry is routinely longer than the floor plan suggests. The homes themselves are usually three storeys over a tandem garage, which puts a staircase into every single trip. Neither is a problem; both need to be in the estimate rather than discovered on the day.
Fort Langley and the heritage village
Fort Langley is a small historic village that draws steady visitor traffic, heavily so on summer weekends. The streets are narrow, parking is limited and contested, and the older houses have the short driveways and tight staircases that came with the era. The move itself is straightforward; the timing is what decides it. A weekday start avoids most of the friction, and we would rather tell you that when booking than bill you for a Saturday afternoon spent waiting for a parking space.
The 200th Street corridor and Highway 1
Most of what moves through Langley moves along 200th Street, Fraser Highway and the Highway 1 interchange, and all three carry commuter and commercial traffic well beyond the residential load.
