The process
Seven steps, every time
Every white glove move runs the same seven steps, in the same order, with none of them skipped.
In-home consultation
Before move day, a crew member comes to your home and walks every room. They assess each item for weight, fragility and whether it needs to come apart, and they confirm access at both addresses. Your quote is built from those notes, so nothing on move day is a surprise to either of us.
Pre-move disassembly and labelling
The crew arrives ahead of move day to take apart what needs taking apart. Every item and every component is labelled individually, so the bed frame that came out of the primary bedroom goes back together with its own hardware, in the right room, the first time.
Professional wrapping, every item
All furniture is double-wrapped in premium moving blankets before it leaves the floor. High-value and fragile pieces get additional shrink wrap and corner protection on top of that. Nothing travels unwrapped, including the pieces most moves would carry out as they are.
Floor and home protection
Protective runners go down across all floors, and doorways, banisters and walls are padded. That happens at both the origin and the destination, before any furniture moves. Both homes should look the same after the crew leaves as they did before it arrived.
Transport on a dedicated truck
The truck carries your move and nothing else. No shared load, no second pickup, no stop at another address on the way. Items are loaded to a plan, secured, and the fragile and heavy pieces are segregated and braced rather than packed in around each other.
Delivery, reassembly and placement
Every item is carried to the room it belongs in and set down where you want it, not inside the door. Furniture is reassembled from the labelled components. The crew does not leave with the job half-done — shelves standing, table on its legs, bed built.
Final walkthrough and sign-off
