Do I need to book the elevator before calling you?
You can contact us first to confirm date availability, but you should book your elevator as soon as your move date is confirmed — most Vancouver buildings require 48–72 hours notice minimum, some require a week. Your elevator booking constrains the move schedule, so confirm that first and give us the time window when you book.
What if my building only allows 4-hour elevator windows?
A 4-hour window is tight for anything larger than a 1-bedroom but is workable with the right crew size. For a 2-bedroom in a 4-hour window, we recommend 3 movers to maintain pace. Tell us the elevator window when booking and we will size the crew accordingly.
